What’s creativity got to do with it?

If your team thinks creativity isn't for them, or they're not 'creative types', rest assured. The Elements Kit is not designed to focus specifically on becoming artistic or diving into a new creative hobby.

The kit redefines creativity as 'bringing to life' something that did not exist before, in a way that feels fulfilling. It's the act of producing or making anything new, in an individual way.

Creativity is how we animate and express ourselves uniquely, regardless of the output. In every workplace, a conversation is creative. As is an expression, an idea, a relationship, a negotiation, a decision, a process or productive action.
